Shortly after a horrific early morning fire, Fabric Renewal was contracted to clean all the clothing and soft goods owned by more than 200 students who were living in Bolan Hall. We dedicated around-the-clock production, and focused every effort towards trying to make this unfortunate situation a little more bearable. Thanks to the commitment and focus of our team, we were able to successfully restore more than 99% of the affected items. We returned the items within four weeks, which was not a simple delivery, as the dorm's students had been relocated throughout the campus and to other parts of New Jersey.

2. Over $100,000 in Newly Installed Custom Window Treatments Saved

Imagine the client/homeowner's horror when his furnace puffed back, covering his entire home with soot. To exacerbate matters, he had just completed the installation of more than $100,000 in custom designer window treatments.

4. Hazlet, N.J.: The Dry Cleaner Who Saved Christmas

We were called to Hazlet to pick up a plush toy. We arrived to find a limited-edition, 6-foot tall FAO Schwartz snowman that had been sitting in dirty, rusty water after the basement had flooded from a broken pipe. The snowman had special, sentimental value to the family because they had photographed it with their daughter for their annual holiday card. Needless to say, we went the extra mile to make sure the family could carry on their Christmas tradition for many years to come.

5. Red Bank, N.J.: Devastating Bedroom Fire Rips Through House

When we received this new assignment from the adjuster, we were told to "see if there was anything you can save."
