Q: What motivates you at work?
A: What motivates me the most is picking something out of a conversation - often just a wish or a comment said in passing - and then doing something about it. It may be a very simple gesture just to let the client know that I heard their wish - and that I am wishing it for them too! Our business is all about people - helping them, pulling for them, and just making them happy.
