Q: It seems like we see your vans everywhere. Are there any places you do not service?
A: The big blue vans are hard to miss, aren't they? We presently cover the entire state of New Jersey, parts of New York, Connecticut and Pennsylvania. I can't imagine a place we would not go to if one of our relationships needed us there. If you need our help, we will do our best to be there, and to provide the same level of service that we provide for the families in our town.
Q: Your company seems so unique. Is there anyone else like you out there?
A: We hear that a lot. People always say, "We are very fortunate; we never knew there was a company that could do what you do." I guess the short answer is that there are some other companies that work in our field, but there is definitely no other company like ours. We specialize in achieving the impossible: restoring items that most people would not dream of cleaning.
Q: What happens behind the scenes to get everything so clean?
A: A lot more than you would think. Many people assume we dry - clean everything. However, the Fabric Renewal Cleaning System features over twenty unique cleaning and deodorizing processes that we have perfected over the years. I can't tell you all our secrets, but I can tell you that every employee in our facility is highly trained and we have experts to handle all the phases of our fabric restoration process. It is really a group effort where everyone on the team has to perform his or her role to deliver that amazing final product.
