Q: Why do you think home owners enjoy using Fabric Renewal?
A: People love the fact that we are a very hands-on and personable company. We always try to treat our customers as we would our own families if they were going through a crisis. Often this is the worst time in a homeowner's life, and they need people who care and will take care of them in their time of need.
Q: What keeps you coming to work in the morning?
A: I like knowing that I am helping people in some small way. While some people would ask how is doing someone's laundry helping them; I feel that we are taking one huge stress off their shoulders in their time of need. They have so many things going on all at one time between different contractors, the insurance companies, not to mention taking care of their family. We are simply taking away a little bit of the burden to the homeowner.
Q: Where do you see yourself at Fabric Renewal in five years?
A: I still see myself on the "front lines." I really do not want to lose the personal contact with families I am helping. I love the fact that I am always meeting new and interesting people - even if it is not under the best of circumstances.
