Q: What is your favorite part of your job?
A: I love the fact that I can help people in a time of need. I am often there to help them get through the tough, initial stage of accepting that something tragic has occurred to them. I feel like it is my responsibility to give them some hope; to let them know that we are here to help get things back in order. You would be amazed at some of the items we are able to save and how much joy that brings people. Since we are the industry leaders in this field, when we arrive on the scene, people are comforted to know that they are in good hands.
Q: Why do you think insurance companies use Fabric Renewal?
A: I believe they understand how well we know our business. Adjusters observe us at training sessions, in the office, at loss sites, reviewing documentation, and interacting with homeowners. They see firsthand that we are experts in what we do. Our company presents very professionally - including our vans, uniforms, procedures, attention to detail, and the Fabric Renewal Cleaning System itself - but we never underestimate the personal side of the business. We are passionate about providing the customer with a sense of warmth and helping them through tough times. I think the insurance companies who work with us understand how hard it is for other companies to consistently deliver the whole package as well as we do.
Q: Are you ever surprised at work?
A: Sure, the people in the plant surprise me on a regular basis. They get things so clean, that even I am amazed - and I have been in this field for over 15 years. What is often so surprising is that our people are never satisfied, and are always looking for ways to improve the level of service we provide. There is no resting on your laurels here.
